Ollie and Amy wanted their day to be relaxed and fun. They chose to marry at Shaw House in Newbury with the reception at the stunning Cold Harbour Barn near Wantage in Oxfordshire. Â
Cold Harbour Barn was the perfect blank canvas for their bright colour scheme. Plenty of colour with disco balls….what’s not to love. I really applaud their commitment to the styling, climbing up to get their bunting on those rafters is one thing but hanging that massive heavy disco ball quite another….however I think we can agree it looks amazing. The barn is, of course, lovely but it would be crazy not to mention the stunning surroundings of the barn, just fields for a view. Peaceful and visually beautiful, I really couldn’t fault this place. It’s just perfect for a relaxed wedding day.
Their day was all about being able to relax with their family and friends around them and although the weather did chuck us a couple of wet and windy moments it was still perfect and these two just absolutely rolled with it like bosses!
I had so, so much fun with Ollie and Amy and all their guests, everyone was lovely and I love how they hit the dancefloor like absolutely legends! We all know my favourite place to be is getting stuck in on a busy dancefloor.
