Maisie & Joe
Maisie and Joe’s Kedleston Country House wedding was fun packed and a riot of colour. They opted for a hot pink and orange colour scheme with disco balls and vinyl thrown in for good measure. The rain did stop us venturing outside much but it certainly did not stop the fun.
These guys are quite the couple, they have actually been together since they were in year 7/8 and have grown stronger together throughout the years. At 16 they had the foresight to start saving for their first home together, that’s how certain they were that it was forever. Joe know that once they had the house marriage would be next so on moving in day he decided he would propose and I hear it was quite the proposal. Obviously Maisie said yes and here we find ourselves.
Whilst they don’t agree on everything…..music being a big thing….they really are an excellent team and anyone spending time with them can see how deep their roots run.
Their ceremony, written and delivered by the wonderful Louise from Kick Ass Gatherings was personal, funny and really told their love story perfectly. They had a ring warming to start them off right and a fun Mr and Mrs quiz with their faces on paddles. They ended the ceremony with everyone (except the small humans) having a shot of fireball…..amazing!
